A smart campus system based on big data, which relates to the technical field of smart campuses. The system comprises a smart campus serving end, the smart campus serving end comprising a big data management system, a security management system, a database, an educational management system, a teaching resource management system and a campus safety protection management system, wherein the big data management system realizes the mobility of data by means of acquisition, storage, analysis, processing, sharing, and exchange of massive data, thereby realizing the value of the data; the security management system is used for performing management verification on a login user in order to avoid the smart campus serving end being illegally invaded; and the database is used for storing data acquired by the big data management system. The system improves the safety protection performance thereof, and can effectively prevent data information theft in cooperation with a defense function, such that the security of data information is ensured; and by means of information sharing and exchange, the management of a campus is promoted, and the working efficiency of the campus is improved.
