The present invention relates to an administrative service providing system based on water supply metering data which includes: a receiving part receiving water supply metering data about the usage of metered water from a smart remote meter installed in a measurement area; a storage storing the water supply metering data, data derived through the water supply metering data, business district analysis data, and public data of public institutions; a water usage calculating part calculating water usage data according to a time flow in regard to the measurement area by using the water supply metering data stored in the storage part; an administrative service target classification part classifying administrative service targets in the measurement area corresponding to a store, and making a classification as an administrative service target if a reduction inclination of the water usage is no less than a predetermined inclination and a correlation between sales data and the water usage is greater than a predetermined value in regard to the water usage data according to a time flow; and an administrative service deriving and providing part analyzing a management state of the measurement area and deriving an administrative service required for improvement by using the water usage data, the business district analysis data, and the public data. Therefore, the present invention is capable of making a contribution to the improvement in business management.
