The present disclosure relates to an organic electroluminescent compound represented by formula 1' or 2', a plurality of host materials comprising at least a first host compound and at least a second host compound, and an organic electroluminescent device comprising them. By incorporating the organic electroluminescent compound or specific combination of compounds according to the present disclosure as host material(s), an organic electroluminescent device with improved drive voltage, luminous efficacy, current efficiency, and/or lifetime can be provided.
