Provided is a volume adjusting method for a zoomed video. Said method comprises: during the process of a video acquisition apparatus acquiring a video, measuring a first distance for imaging between the video acquisition apparatus and a photographed object (S11); in response to the video acquisition apparatus adjusting a zoom ratio, determining, according to the zoom ratio, a second distance for imaging (S12); and determining and adjusting a recording power of a microphone according to the first distance and the second distance (S13). Further provided are a volume adjusting apparatus and a video photographing device.
