A system for calculating the fixed number of years after which a new ovarian reserve change occurs in a subject. The system comprises: a data collection module for acquiring data of the age, anti-mullerian hormone level, follicle-stimulating hormone level and antral follicle count of a subject; an ovarian reserve function calculation module, which uses a receiver operating characteristic curve to detect demarcation points of the age, anti-mullerian hormone level, follicle-stimulating hormone level and antral follicle count of the subject that are acquired by the data collection module, and converts the age, the anti-mullerian hormone level, the follicle-stimulating hormone level and the antral follicle count into binary categorical variables according to the values of the points of tangency of the demarcation points, so as to use the binary categorical variables as prediction variables to calculate the current poor ovarian response probability (p0) of the subject; and a module for calculating the fixed number of years after which the ovarian reserve of the subject decreases to a certain degree, which module uses the current ovarian reserve, i.e. the poor ovarian response probability (p0), of the subject to calculate the fixed number of years after which a new ovarian reserve change occurs in the subject.
