A system for assessing ovarian reserve function of a subject, and a method. The system for assessing ovarian reserve function of a subject comprises: a data acquisition module for acquiring data about the age, anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) level, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) level, and antral follicle count (AFC) of a subject; and an ovarian reserve function calculation module for performing calculation of the information acquired in the data acquisition module, so as to obtain the probability (p) of poor ovarian response of the subject. Further, the population is divided into four groups according to the interaction relationship between the predicted probability of poor ovarian response and the dosage of ovulation induction drugs, so as to expect to divide the subjects with similar ovarian responses into one group.
