A system for predicting an age limit when ovarian reserve of a subject has a new change. The system comprises: a data acquisition module used for obtaining data of the age, anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) level, and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) level of the subject; a module for calculating an ovarian reserve function: calculating the current low ovarian response probability (p0) of the subject by using multi-categorical variables converted from the data of the age, AMH level, and FSH level of the subject; and a module for calculating the age limit when the ovarian reserve of the subject is reduced to a certain degree: calculating, by using the current ovarian reserve, i.e., the low ovarian response probability (p0), of the subject, the age limit when the ovarian reserve of the subject has a new change.
