METHOD OF RAPID DETECTION AND MONITORING OF ANTI SARS-COV-2 ANTIBODIES

The present invention relates to a method of identifying presence of IgM, IgG and IgA antibodies against a target protein or a fragment thereof in whole blood, serum or plasma specimen, by using a solid support which can be a membrane-based cassette. The present invention can be particularly applied to identifying presence of IgM, IgG and IgA antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 or a fragment thereof in whole blood, serum or plasma specimen of a subject. In a single test, presence of said IgM, IgG and IgA antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 or a fragment thereof can be identified in one single solid support by analyzing the regions with different color appearance parameters which appear on the solid support, whereby a broader picture of the infection history of the subject can be visualized.
