To provide lithium ion conductor precursor glass and a lithium ion conductor which, in a solid electrolyte used for a lithium ion secondary battery, crystallize at a low temperature and have high ion conductivity.SOLUTION: Lithium ion conductor precursor glass and a lithium ion conductor, which crystallize even at a low temperature and have high ion conductivity, can be provided by containing 10 to 35% of a LiO component, 20 to 50% of a POcomponent, more than 0 to 15% of an AlOcomponent, 20 to 50% of a GeOcomponent, and more than 0 to 15% of a BiOor/and a TeOcomponent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
