The present invention provides a series of GMPs enzyme inhibitors.The present invention includes a potent GMPs inhibitor that may be specific and covalently bound to GMPs, exhibits widespread anti-cancer activity, blocks the infectivity of the virus, and may inhibit undesirable immune responses.A novel inhibitor of these GMPs, and their derivatives, has a great potential to be used as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of cancer, viral infections, and immune disorders.No selection
