A package dispenser (10) for containing and dispensing at least one stack (20) of wipes (21 ), the package dispenser (10) having a bottom wall (11 ), a top wall (12), two opposing side walls (13) extending in a height direction (H) of the package dispenser (10) and being parallel to a length direction (L) of the package dispenser (10) and two opposing side walls (15) extending in the height direction (H) of the package dispenser (10) and being parallel to a width direction (W) of the package dispenser (10), the bottom wall (11 ), the top wall (12), the side walls (13) and the end walls (15) together delimiting a storage space (30) containing the at least one stack (20) of wipes (21 ), wherein; the top wall (12) comprises a handle (40); the top wall (12) comprises provisions (50', 50") for creating at least one dispensing opening (60', 60"); each of the at least one stack (20) of wipes (21 ) is placed in the storage space (30); each of the at least one stack (20) of wipes (21 ) in the package dispenser (10) is a stack (20) of interfolded wipes (21 ); and each of the at least one stack (20) of wipes (21 ) is arranged to be dispensed from the top surface of the stack (20), the interfolded wipes (21 ) in the stack (20) being dispensed through a corresponding one of the at least one dispensing opening (60', 60").
