The method comprises: receiving a first alarm signal of a first traffic accident that is sent by a first target vehicle (S202); according to the first alarm signal, broadcasting a first assistance feedback signal for accident warning by using a predetermined time period within a first predetermined time after the occurrence of the first traffic accident (S204); receiving a first target vehicle video reported by one or more vehicles after receiving the first assistance feedback signal, the first target vehicle video being a vehicle video within a second predetermined time period before and after the traffic accident occurs (S206); obtaining a first auxiliary vehicle video of the first traffic accident from the first target vehicle video (S208); and sending the first auxiliary vehicle video to a cloud server, the cloud server being configured to process the first traffic accident according to the first auxiliary vehicle video, first vehicle information of the first target vehicle, and a first accident vehicle video of the first traffic accident (S210).
