A road vehicle cooperation system (120) includes an onboard device (132) and a roadside device. The onboard device includes an environment detection unit, and a deficiency information extraction unit (154) for extracting, from a surrounding environment detected by the environment detection unit, deficiency information, which relates to the onboard-side detection area of an onboard sensor and cannot be detected from sensor data (130), and transmitting the deficiency information to the roadside device. The roadside device includes: a roadside environment detection unit; a road vehicle linkage unit (180) for receiving the deficiency information transmitted from the deficiency information extraction unit; an area-of-interest extraction unit (182) for extracting an area of interest to focus on in order to acquire deficiency information within the roadside detection area, on the basis of the deficiency information and the environment of the roadside detection area detected by the roadside environment detection unit; an area-of-interest detection unit (184) for detecting a condition in the area of interest, on the basis of data in the area of interest; and an information output unit (186) for transmitting the condition in the area of interest as detected by the area-of-interest detection unit to the onboard device. The onboard device also includes a travel path finalization unit (158), which receives the condition transmitted by the information output unit and, on the basis of the condition and the surrounding environment detected by the environment detection unit, finalizes a scheduled travel path of a vehicle in which the onboard device is installed.
