A road vehicle cooperation system (120) includes an onboard device (132) and a roadside device. The onboard device also includes a travel path finalization unit (158), which receives the condition transmitted by the information output unit and, on the basis of the condition and the surrounding environment detected by the environment detection unit, finalizes a scheduled travel path of a vehicle in which the onboard device is installed.
