The present invention relates to a method for controlling absorption and emission of functional materials using metal-organic frameworks (MOF), and specifically, the metal-organic structure having a nano-to-micro unit size of the present invention controls the absorption and emission of functional materials. Since it can be significantly controlled, the metal-organic structure can be usefully used as a drug carrier or a functional ingredient carrier in cosmetics.
