High throughput single cell transcriptome library and its manufacturing method and usage

Provided herein are methods of preparing sequencing libraries containing nucleic acids from multiple single cells. In one aspect, the sequencing library comprises nucleic acids representing the entire transcriptome from multiple single cells. In one embodiment, the nucleic acid comprises three index sequences. Compositions such as compositions containing nucleic acids having three index sequences are also provided herein.
