The present application provides a radiofrequency ablation power supply and a radiofrequency ablation system. The radiofrequency ablation power supply comprises a first control unit, a second control unit, and a radiofrequency energy generation circuit. The radiofrequency energy generation circuit comprises a power supply module, a step-down module, and a voltage conversion module which are electrically connected in sequence. The power supply module provides a voltage-stabilized direct-current signal. The step-down module performs step-down processing on the voltage-stabilized direct-current signal, and outputs a low-voltage direct-current signal. A voltage conversion module is electrically connected to the first control unit to receive the low-voltage direct current signal and a radiofrequency control signal output by the first control unit, and converts the low-voltage direct current signal into a radiofrequency signal according to the radiofrequency control signal. The second control unit sends a voltage regulation signal to the step-down module to control the step-down module to regulate a voltage value of the currently outputted low-voltage direct-current signal. The radiofrequency ablation power supply can accurately and stably control the output of the radiofrequency control signal independently, thereby ensuring that the radiofrequency signal is stable and reliable.
