Disclosed is a support and installation apparatus for facilitating the quick installation of a 5G base station, which apparatus is in the technical field of 5G base station devices. The support and installation apparatus comprises an installation plate, wherein an outer wall of the left side of the top of the installation plate is fixedly connected to an installation rod, a reinforcing rod is fixedly installed between an outer wall of the bottom of the right side of the installation rod and an outer wall of the right side of the top of the installation plate, an installation sleeve is slidably installed at the top end of an outer wall of the installation rod, and a base station device body is arranged on an outer wall of the left side of the installation sleeve. In the apparatus, a direction-changing gear, a gear and a screw rod are driven by a servo electric motor to rotate, such that a screw barrel carries a sliding block and the base station device body to slide upwards or downwards on the outer wall of the installation rod. Accordingly, a worker does not need to climb up to a high position of the installation rod when installing the base station device body, nor needs to climb up when servicing the base station device body, thus preventing the efficiency of a worker from being affected due to it being inconvenient for the worker to move at the top of the installation rod, and improving the safety and convenience of installation and servicing.
