The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of terminals, specifically relate to the video stream push and virtual reality (VR) field, and provide a resource processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. A specific implementation solution is as follows: acquiring a resource allocation scenario, and querying a corresponding strategy combination configuration according to the resource allocation scenario, wherein the strategy combination configuration is used to indicate a combination operation between at least two allocation strategies; then executing each allocation strategy so as to determine a target resource pool allocated by each allocation strategy; next, acquiring resources corresponding to each allocation strategy from within the target resource pool allocated by each allocation strategy; and finally, performing the combination operation on the resources corresponding to each allocation strategy to obtain target resources. The solution may be used for resource allocation in most scenarios such as video scenarios, question and answer scenarios, game scenarios, and reading scenarios.
