Embodiments of the present application provide a data resource processing method and apparatus, a computer storage medium, and an electronic device. The method comprises: receiving a data resource transfer request from a target service object, the data resource transfer request comprising a target data resource type, an original data resource type, and a target data resource transfer amount; determining an original data resource transfer amount according to the target data resource transfer amount; sending the data resource transfer request to a target service providing object; obtaining response information in response to the data resource transfer request; obtaining an equity amount of the original data resource type according to the target data resource transfer amount and an actual deduction amount; transferring, according to the equity amount, the original data resource transfer amount, the actual deduction amount, and the target data resource transfer amount, amounts among a first type system account of the target service object, a second type system account of the target service providing object, and a system equity account.
