PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the palatability of a curry flavor food while keeping the original image of flavor of it.SOLUTION: To a curry flavor food, added is 1-phenylethanethiol of 1 ppt-1 ppb in mass ratio, and further added is α-phellandrene of 1 ppt-10 ppm and/or β-myrcene of 0.1-1 ppm in mass ratio, which can improve the palatability of the curry flavor food.SELECTED DRAWING: None
