Berger ), and cell cycle proteins related to cell survival in HUVEC such as CDK-2 (cyclin dependent kinase-2), CDK -4 (cyclin dependent kinase-4), Cyclin D1, and Cyclin E1 expression to suppress the G0/G1 cell cycle, and to be involved in the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) signaling pathway in HUVEC By inhibiting protein phosphorylation, it exhibits an effect of inhibiting proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, which is effective in inhibiting HUVEC angiogenesis.
