A convenient wearable wandering-prevention device structure for the elderly comprising a wearable wandering prevention device structure (1). The wandering prevention device (4) is fixed to the cord (2) by the fastener (3). The cord (2) comprises a suspension cord (5) and a first loop (6). The first loop (6) is fixedly connected to the suspension cord (5). The fastener (3) comprises a rotating shaft (9), a rotating plate (10), an elastic plate (11), a fixing base (12), a first fixing cylinder (13), a fixing ring (14), and a second fixing cylinder (15). A lower end of the rotating shaft (9) is fixedly connected to an upper end of the fixing base (12). The first loop (6) is sleeved around and connected to an outer wall of the first fixing cylinder (13). An end of the suspension cord (5) away from the first loop (6) is fixedly connected by means of the second fixing cylinder (15). The rotating plate (10) is rotatably mounted at an outer wall of the rotating shaft (9). The elastic plate (11) is fixedly connected by means of the fixing base (12). An upper end of the elastic plate (11) is slidably and insertingly connected to a lower end of the rotating plate (10). The wandering prevention device structure is simple to wear, ensures stability, and meets user demands.
