PURPOSE: An interface device of a mobile communications terminal for the visually impaired or the elderly with blurred vision to conveniently use a communications device and a method thereof are provided to transform a text or content corresponding to an object into a voice when moving the object in a smart phone with a direction key and output the transformed voice to a user.;CONSTITUTION: A direction key searches an object within an applicable area.
