A non-contact/non-destructive inspection system of an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensor; a speed detection unit; and a damage detection unit. The sensor detects a second elastic wave which originates from a first elastic wave propagating through an inspection object, and which is emitted into a medium surrounding the inspection object. The speed detection unit detects the speed of the first elastic wave from the wave front angle of the second elastic wave and the speed of the second elastic wave. The damage detection unit detects inspection-object damage on the basis of the speed of the first elastic wave.
