PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean milk solidification device in a soybean curd production machine capable of heightening production efficiency by shortening a solidification time of soybean milk, miniaturizing a device, and producing a high-quality soybean curd by solidifying the soybean milk uniformly.SOLUTION: A soybean milk solidification device includes a plurality of solidification buckets 4 having a storage part filled with mixed liquid of soybean milk having an amount equivalent to a one piece of soybean curd and a coagulant, having a pair of heating electrode plates 422 arranged oppositely on the inner surface of the storage part, and conveyed along a prescribed conveyance route by a conveyor 2, and a power feeder for applying a voltage to the pair of heating electrode plates 422 in each solidification bucket 4 filled with the mixed liquid in the storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
