The present invention relates to a substrate for a photodetector comprising AgAu alloy nanoparticles and a GaN-based UV photodetector using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a substrate for a photodetector including AgAu alloy nanoparticles that can operate at a low voltage and has high photosensitivity, detection sensitivity, and external quantum efficiency (EQE), and a GaN-based substrate using the same. It relates to a UV photodetector, and a method for manufacturing the same.
