The lower right end of the outer box (2) is fixedly connected to the refrigeration apparatus (5), the upper right end of the outer box (2) is fixedly connected to the blower (6), the inner box (8) is movably mounted inside the outer box (2), the vibration machine (3) is fixedly connected at the middle position of the front end of the outer box (2), a piston rod of the vibration machine (3) passes through the outer box (2) and is fixedly connected to the inner box (8), the right end of the inner box (8) is fixedly connected to the serpentine pipe (7), an inner right wall of the inner box (8) is fixedly connected to at least two second guide plates (10), an inner left wall of the inner box (8) is fixedly connected to at least one first guide plate (9), and the first guide plate (9) and the second guide plates (10) are arranged in an alternate manner. The cooling device uses the vibration machine to enable industrial chemicals to fall and move along the upper ends of the first guide plate (9) and the second guide plates (10), such that the contact area between the industrial chemicals and cooling air is increased, the efficiency of cooling the industrial chemicals is increased, damage to the industrial chemicals is effectively avoided, and the quality of the industrial chemicals is increased.
