A yoga rope or strap with anti-slip structures includes a rope body 1a, a first fastener assembly 2a and at least one anti-slip structure 3a. The rope body 1a has a first operation end 11a, a main portion 12a and a second operation end 13a orderly arranged in an extension direction. The first fastener assembly 2a fixed to the first operation end 11a is used for tying the main portion. The at least one non-slip structure 3a is attached to the rope body 1a. The rope or strap may be used to carry a yoga mat with the anti-slip structures preventing the strap slipping accidentally in the user’s hands.
