The present invention relates to a method for producing a loxampire callus for producing a secondary metabolite derived from loxampire, and more particularly, to a method for mass production by increasing a phenolic compound that is a secondary metabolite derived from loxampire. It relates to a method for preparing a Roxampire callus for increasing chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and ferulic acid, which are well known as my active ingredients.
