An intersection traffic flow microcosmic control method under an intelligent networking condition. The method comprises steps: 1) dividing a lane into a CVT lane and an SCT lane; 2) when a vehicle arrives at a variable speed control area, acquiring an initial state S0(v0, t0) of the vehicle; 3) according to the time when each vehicle arrives at a conflict point in a constant speed control area and an occupied time, searching, for the vehicle, a time gap during which a vehicle flow can pass through for a space-time trajectory allowing safe passing through, and acquiring a speed-time parameter S1(v1, t1) of the vehicle entering the constant speed control area; 4) solving a kinetic operation parameter of the vehicle in the variable speed control area, wherein front and rear vehicles in the same direction in the variable speed control area should satisfy a certain relationship; and 5) controlling the vehicle according to the motion parameters acquired in step 3) and step 4). By means of the method, fine and systematic overall planning can be carried out on a motion process of an individual vehicle, such that the overall operation efficiency of a traffic system is obviously improved.
