The invention relates to a filter housing (1) of a brake dust particle filter for a brake disk arrangement, having an opening for receiving a brake disk, wherein the opening is delimited by two housing side walls (6, 7) which are spaced apart from each other and a housing peripheral wall (8). On the end edge of at least one housing side wall and/or the housing peripheral wall, at least one detachable and replaceable limiting part (10, 11, 12) is arranged, which delimits the exposed cross-sectional area of the opening. The invention furthermore relates to a kit for producing a filter housing of a brake dust particle filter.
