PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of high-resolution irradiation line detection which provides low lag at a high frame rate in one method of the present disclosure. SOLUTION: In a system for generating an image from an incident irradiation line, an upper electrode layer, a light conductive layer, a set of lower electrodes, a substrate layer, and one integrated in the set of lower electrodes.
