The present invention relates to a medium composition for in-flight culture of Sellaginella martensi springs and to a method for in-flight culture of Sellaginella martensi springs using the medium composition. Specifically, the medium composition for in-flight culture of the Sellaginella martensi spring according to the present invention significantly reduced the live weight, the maximum number of nodes, the total number of branches and the number of soaked bodies from the slices of the Sellaginella martensi spring dented thereto. By increasing it, it can be usefully used for mass propagation of Sellaginella martensi springs.
