The present invention relates to a medium composition for in-flight culturing of basil, and a method for in-flight culturing of bas-relief using the medium composition. Specifically, the medium composition for in-flight culture of basalts according to the present invention can be usefully used for mass propagation of basalts by accelerating the formation of sporophytes and increasing the live weight from the dented slices of basalts.
