This disclosure provides a method for mining a new category label, and relates to a technical field of a knowledge graph, the mining method comprising: obtaining a plurality of search texts within a current preset period; labeling a category label in the search text using a pre-trained sequence labeling model for each of the search texts to extract a category label currently corresponding to the search text from the search text; and removing all category labels already existing in a preset current category label library from category labels currently corresponding to the search text, and using the remaining category labels as new category labels. This disclosure also provides a new category label of a mining device, an electronic device, a computer readable medium and a computer program product.
