The hot water generating device using the exhaust gas of the copper heater includes a corrugated pipe and a hot water pipe. The corrugated pipe communicates with the exhaust pipe of the copper-free heater, has a flow path with a larger diameter than the exhaust pipe, and can be bent along the longitudinal direction. The hot water pipe is inserted through one end of the corrugated pipe, is wound and extended along the longitudinal direction, and then is withdrawn from the other end side.
