Disclosed are an apparatus and method for cleaning an eco-friendly solar panel using micro-vibration that can physically clean a solar panel using the micro-vibration. An eco-friendly solar panel washing apparatus using micro vibration according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a weight sensor installed between a pillar supporting a solar panel and a solar panel to detect a weight; a sensor unit installed on one side of the solar panel to sense vibration applied to the solar panel; a control unit receiving an input of the weight detection sensor and a signal sensed from the sensor unit, calculating the signal, and providing an output signal; and an output unit that receives the output signal from the control unit and provides vibration or ultrasonic waves to the solar panel.
