PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage that has a proportion of use of malt of 50% or more and a carbohydrate content of 0.5 g/100 ml or less, however, has excellent sharpness of sweetness.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a beer taste beverage in which: the proportion of malt in the raw material is 50 mass% or more, the alcohol content of the beer taste beverage is 3.7 v/v% or less, and the carbohydrate content is 0.5 g/100 ml or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
