A training evaluation system according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a plurality of recorders which record utterances of trainees participating in training; and a controller which converts the utterances of the trainees recorded on the plurality of recorders into text, arranges the utterances of the trainees converted into text in chronological order, and evaluates mission capability of the trainees participating in the training.
