The present invention relates to a virtual training system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a virtual reality-based nuclear accident evacuation training and evaluation method and a nuclear accident evacuation training and evaluation system using the same. The coverage of most existing virtual reality training systems is limited to content related to evacuation training in the event of general fires or disasters. According to the present invention, different training courses are carried out by different training objects.
