An apparatus (100) for treatment of hemorrhoids is disclosed. The apparatus is a hollow wire (110) comprising a first end (112) and a second end (114) opposite thereto, wherein both the first and second ends are from a tubule. A hollow wire is provided that can be manipulated to protrude and be received in the cannula. The apparatus also includes an insert (120) that is partially inserted into the first end of the hollow wire and operable to protrude from the first end. The apparatus further comprises an applicator (130) operable to be removably disposed at the second end of the hollow wire when the hollow wire is disposed within the soot tube. The applicator was held so that a protruding insert could be inserted into the second end to removably connect the first end and the second end to form a closed loop around the canal It can be operated in the state.
