To provide an electro-hydraulic bucket including a variable capacity pump, which can detect the completion of opening/closing of a bucket based on a current value without using a pressure switch and perform driving control of the bucket, as well as to provide a control device thereof, and a control method thereof.SOLUTION: An electro-hydraulic bucket includes a bucket main body, a hydraulic unit performing opening/closing operation of the bucket main body, and a control part for controlling driving of the hydraulic unit. The control part acquires current data supplied to the hydraulic unit, performs comparison operation of the acquired current data and a predetermined value, and outputs a signal relating to the driving of the hydraulic unit based on an operation result. A control device and a control method of the electro-hydraulic bucket are also provided. Accordingly, the completion of opening/closing of the bucket main body can be detected based on the current data without detecting the pressure of hydraulic oil by using a pressure switch and the driving control can be performed based on a detection result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
