The method comprises: in response to an operation instruction for starting a cooking device, controlling the cooking device to work at a first power until the internal temperature of the cooking device reaches a first temperature threshold value (S101); controlling the cooking device to work on the basis of a second power until the slope of a change in the internal temperature of the cooking device meets a preset simmering predetermination condition, wherein the second power is less than or equal to the first power (S102); controlling the cooking device to work on the basis of a third power until the duration where the internal temperature of the cooking device remains unchanged reaches a first duration threshold value, wherein the third power is less than or equal to the second power (S103); and controlling the cooking device to work on the basis of a fourth power until a preset cooking duration is reached, wherein the fourth power is less than or equal to the third power (S104).
