Methods and compositions for clinical evaluation of therapeutics

Methods and kits for the clinical evaluation of therapeutic agents are described. In particular, immune perturbations reflecting the immune response signature of the disease are induced in healthy subjects, and therapeutic agents of interest are clinically evaluated in healthy subjects with immune perturbations.
