The motor is mounted on a swivel-mounted carrier. The housing has a longitudinal extension and a substantially circular cross-sectional area extending substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extension and having a diameter from about 12 mm to about 20 mm, more specifically from about 13 mm to about 17 mm, and even more specifically about 15 mm.
