The pair of scissor parts (10) of the high-frequency treatment implement (200) can shear biological tissue by rotating toward each other. Each of the pair of scissor parts (10) has a blade surface (13). The surface of each of the pair of scissor parts (10) includes a region in which a non-conductive layer (an insulating coating film (12)) is formed and, at the surface of the blade surface (13), an electrode region (19) in which the non-conductive layer is not formed. On at least one of the pair of scissor parts (10), the width of the electrode region (19) in the plate thickness direction of the scissor part (10) is different depending on the location in the longitudinal direction of the scissor part (10).
