To provide a method of replenishing a Sn alloy plating solution with a Sn component, capable of improving efficiency of Sn component replenishment by preventing oxidation of a divalent tin ion to a tetravalent tin ion upon dissolving stannous oxide powder in a Sn alloy plating solution, a method of producing a replenishment solution for Sn alloy plating, and a Sn component replenishment device.SOLUTION: The method of replenishing a Sn alloy plating solution with a Sn component according to the present invention for replenishing a Sn alloy plating solution stored in a plating tank with a Sn component, comprises steps of extracting at least a part of a used Sn alloy plating solution from a plating tank, cooling the extracted Sn alloy plating solution to a temperature of 10°C or below, and dissolving stannous oxide powder of a temperature of 10°C or below in a Sn alloy plating solution in the cooled state in a dissolving tank other than the plating tank to replenish the Sn alloy plating solution with a Sn component.
