The present invention is a nucleic acid probe system for increasing the detection efficiency of a nucleic acid biomarker, wherein the detection efficiency and detection sensitivity for a biomarker are improved through a method of integrating a single-stranded probe sequence into a nucleic acid nanostructure. The developed nucleic acid nanostructure of the present invention converts a part of the intermolecular collision/reaction step according to simple diffusion to a fast reaction inside the structure through local concentration of probe sequences, and activates a fast signal amplification mechanism in the structure through structural flexibility By increasing the detection ability, there is an effect of increasing the detection ability and effectively lowering the detection limit.
