PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for cooking a foreskin food in a microwave oven, which can prevent the foreskin food from being torn. The present invention is a method for cooking a wrapping food in a microwave oven, and has the following steps: (a) a step of preparing the wrapping food; (b) an aqueous solution containing sodium ions and chloride ions. (C) A step of adding the aqueous solution prepared in the step (b) to the surface of the wrapping food prepared in the step (a); and (d) the wrapping food provided in the step (c).
