PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer-taste beverage in which thorniness is suppressed and the roasted aroma is enhanced, a method for producing a beer-taste beverage, and a method for improving the flavor of the beer-taste beverage. The beer-taste beverage according to the present invention contains maltol and 2,6-dimethylpyrazine, and the content of 2,6-dimethylpyrazine is 4.0 to 5.00 ppb. The method for improving the flavor of a beer-taste beverage according to the present invention is a method for improving the flavor of a beer-taste beverage while suppressing the thorniness of the beer-taste beverage and enhancing the roasted aroma.
